We work on your requests in the order they are received. If you have an urgent matter come up last minute, your subscription tier may allow you to prioritize that request to the top of our list.with the help of your Project Lead.

Design is an iterative process, so all stakeholder feedback is important for improvement. You can communicate changes in the following ways:
→ Interact with Loom that we share and comment at appropriate times.
→ Add comments directly on Figma for granular changes ( You’ll have to sign up for a free figma account )
→ In writing over email/ Slack
→ Bigger changes by requesting time with your project lead.
